Music: Shine 2009 - "New Rules"

This sounds vaguely like some crazy early 90's--"I Saw The Sign" type of stuff mixed with that familiar break we've heard variations of in a million hip-hop songs, but its actually a pretty good, chill cut from the Finnish duo.
